General information on the processing of personal data of users accessing Ama’s websites in accordance with art. 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “Regulation”), Spas Inbeca (“owner“) provides below information about the processing of your personal data to enable you to know our privacy policy and understand how your personal information is handled when you use the services of the websites www.spasinbeca.com and www.inbeca.com (hereinafter “Websites“).

This information does not apply to other sites, pages or online services that can be accessed through links that may be posted on the Websites but are external to the Spas Inbeca domains.

1. Data controller

4. Legal basis and purpose of the processing

Legal The basis for processing the related data is the Spas Inbeca Service Contract for municipal waste management and urban hygiene services (for the Spas Inbeca site) and the Spas Inbeca Capitol Management Service Contract. Cemeteries (for the Capitoline Cemeteries website), including related conventions.The data is processed to allow users to use the online services indicated on the home page, such as, public information and announcements about the services provided by Spas Inbeca, fault reports or user service requests (only for urban waste management and urban hygiene), information and participation in environmental education initiatives, subscription to the newsletter to ensure Spas Inbeca keeps users about news on services in their neighbourhood and any additional services that Spas Inbeca intends to roll out in the future. If specific searches for professional profiles are launched, users can send their CVs and job application through the “Work with us” section. Data are also processed to let people/users perform operations on their post/user (register, make queries or changes, unsubscribe, request services, receive correspondence on their post/user and correspondence about the services requested). These data are provided voluntarily by users and involve first registering on the website and setting up an account, which Spas Inbeca will manage while taking the necessary precautions to guarantee the security and protection of people’s/users’ data.

5. Types of data processedBrowsing data
During normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website collect certain personal data that are implicitly transmitted when using Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the addresses in Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to send the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related with users’ operating system and the computer environment. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information about how the site is used and ensure it works properly, and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical crimes against the site: otherwise, web contact data are not kept for more than seven days.

Cookies
A cookie is a short text file sent to the browser by the visited website that lets it store information about your visit, such as your preferred language or other settings to let you browse and use all the services properly. For further information, check the cookies policy .

Data disclosed by users
Apart from the browsing data referred to above, users are free to provide their personal data (personal data, cadastral data, contact data, bank data for any RID charge) disclosed in service request forms, to give their consent to subscribe to the Spas Inbeca newsletter, to make reports or request information, or to ask to register, modify, cancel and any other services mentioned above, of their post. Guaranteeing the identity of users who ask to register / modify / cancel their post via the Spas Inbeca website. Users will be asked to upload a copy of their identity document, which will be managed and stored by Spas Inbeca taking the necessary precautions to guarantee the security and protection of users’ data. Failure to provide it may make it impossible to obtain the requested information.

6. Data recipients

To achieve the purposes indicated in point 3, the following subjects or categories of subjects may receive your personal data collected after you have consulted and/or used the Websites:

  • Undertakings, entities or associations, or undertakings, subsidiaries or associates within the meaning of Article 2359 of the Civil Code, or between them and undertakings subject to joint control, as well as between consortia, networks and groupings of undertakings and temporary associations of undertakings and with subjects adhering to them, limited to communications made for administrative and/or accounting purposes;
  • other companies or individuals, contractually linked to Spas Inbeca that, on behalf of Spas Inbeca, provide support for the provision of services related to the Websites, consultancy activities, etc. These recipients are designated in accordance with Art. 28 of the Regulation as data processors or sub-processors;
  • Spas Inbeca employees acting on the basis of specific instructions provided by Spas Inbeca regarding the purposes and methods of each different processing operation.

Spas Inbeca guarantees the utmost care to ensure that when any of your personal data disclosed to the aforementioned recipients, only the data necessary to achieve the specific purposes for which they are intended are disclosed. Your personal data are stored in the databases of Spas Inbeca or authorised third parties and will be processed exclusively by authorised personnel,  who will receive specific instructions on the processing methods and purposes. Finally, we would like to remind you that your personal data will not be disclosed, except in the cases provided for by law.

7. Where personal data are processed

Your personal data are generally processed at the company’s offices, in Spain and, in any case, in the territory of the European Union.

8. Personal data processing methods

Personal data are processed with automated and manual tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent loss of data, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

9. Data retention period

Your data will be kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or further processed in accordance with the law.

10. Data subjects’ rights

As a data subject, you are entitled to ask Spas Inbeca to let you access your personal data, to rectify or erase them, restrict any processing that involves your data or to object to the processing, if the conditions are met (articles 15 et seq.). Under the law, you are also entitled to lodge a complaint with the personal data protection authority or, alternatively, have recourse to the courts (Article 77 of the Regulation and Article 140b of Legislative Decree 196/2003). If you find that your rights have been breached under the applicable personal data protection legislation, you can exercise the rights listed above by writing to the Data Protection Officer mentioned in point 2.
