Steam bath with ceramic coating

In accordance with the technical as well as aesthetic innovation that characterizes us, our latest novelty is a mixed model between the prefabricated cabins and the built-in ones. The most outstanding feature of this new model is that it is made of extruded polystyrene panels finished in fiber cement that allows cladding with a ceramic coating in whichever colour and texture our customer prefers. These types of cabins have the same advantages of the prefabricated ones and also offer other exclusive advantages: Much more economical than built-in cabins, can be supplied without any coating to be decorated and tiled by the customer, vaulted ceiling made of methyl methacrylate to avoid water dripping and to reduce consumption, and ergonomic designed benches with isolated construction panels of fiber cement with rigid foam of extruded polystyrene.

Materials

Wall modules: Made in polyester fibre modules standing on anodized aluminium support, and tighten up with multicoated layers of polyester resin.
Inner covering: Gresite tiles of 23 x 23 mm fixed with bonding materials and joint filling in epoxy type of 3 components.
Ceiling: Vaulted ceiling made in methacrylate modules of 3 mm, standing on anodized aluminium support, and tighten up with multicoated layers of polyester resin.
Inner elements: Ergonomic bench made of polyester resin. Trim and the temperature sensor made of anodized aluminium. Steam outlet nozzle made of stainless steel. White light wall lamp.
Upper and lower ring: Anodized aluminium.
Handle: Tubular in stainless steel.
Frontal finishing: laminated glass (5+5) of 10 mm / modules ready to be covered (according to model).
Door: Made of tempered glass of 8 mm, hinges of anodized aluminium. Width 55 cm* *Can vary according to customised design
